The longest Barramundi ever taken from Lake Tinaroo in Australias tropical North Queensland was caught recently trolling at night by local angler Ian Harveyson. Measuring 1.32 metres in length with a girth of 91 cm the fish weighed in on certified scales at 30.4 Kg (67lb).
The lure was a Killalure Barra Bait +12 in colour #55 and was caught trolling at night near the dam wall at 7PM. The fish took about half-an-hour to land. |
