The Classic Just Under is the ultimate shallow water/surface fishing lure. This little gem will dive to a maximum depth of 1 foot, however when retrieved slow, it will snake its way along, just under the surface. This sends out bow waves that prove too much for aggressive fish species who just have to smash the little lure right off the surface.
The Classic Just Under will produce explosive surface strikes from species such as Barra, Jacks, Trevally, Tarpon and is a superb lure in the freshwater when chasing Bass and Saratoga. The Just Under is at its best when cast right in tight against bankside cover and slowly worked back across snags and rocks where hungry predators lie in wait.
