A specially designed internal weighting system and aerodynamic profile makes long distance casting a simple affair.
The tow point of the lure rides high upon the oversized face causing the lure to splash, bloop and “rooster tail” violently. Add to this a longitudinal rattle cavity that emits positive sonic signals over long distances, and you have a highly effective surface lure for a whole range of different fish and situations.
The deeply tapered belly acts as a keel to help stabilize the lure at speed, making this popper one of the best on the market for trolling applications, as well as high and low speed casting work.
Weighing in at a solid 55 grams and measuring a chunky 150mm means the Tidal Wave can be thrown off a wide range of tackle to suit the varying needs of anglers around the country.
This lure will suit all surface fishing applications that you may encounter. It is just at home blooping madly in a flooded river mouth for Jewfish as it is rooster-tailing around an offshore bait school for Mackeral and Tuna.
As with all Classics, the Tidal Wave Popper is fitted with extra heavy-duty hardware in the form of VMC triple strength hooks and super strong SS split rings. This means the Tidal Wave can handle anything that you dare throw it at.
