The Creek Chub Knuckle-Head range represents the sort of high-quality, super-durable poppers that Aussie anglers look for when chasing big fish. These realistic poppers feature a unique jointed-head design which gives them an action like no other.
When given a sharp twitch, the deeply-cupped face of the Knuckle-Head gives a very loud “bloop” that draws fish from wide and far. When a straight retrieve is used, the Knuckle-Head produces an extremely thick bubble trail, and because of the jointed-head section, a slight side to side wiggle action that simply drives fish crazy.
The rear-treble is feather-dressed and drops on the pause, acting as an enticing strike-trigger. The Knuckle-head draws strikes from big fish and that’s all there is to it. As such, it has been manufactured using super strong, saltwater resistant hooks and the jointed-head section is linked via using the Hold-Tite™ process. The head and body will not pull apart and the hooks will not pull out.
Big brother to the Knuckle-Head; the Super Knuckle-Head measures in at 7” (17.78cm) long and weighs a whopping 72.8g. The Super Knuckle-head is an extra heavy-duty lure and can be cast a country mile. Use this lure when chasing XOS GT’s, mega Kings, big Jewfish, surface-busting Tuna and monster Mackeral.
